The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.
Too often we get completely wrapped up in the process of living. We believe ourselves to be busy, but in truth, we use life itself as an excuse for not pausing to enjoy the journey. Today is all you have, today is where God will speak to you. Tomorrow He will speak to you again and He will speak to you the same thing He spoke to you today. He will repeat this cycle of communication until you pause and listen.
This is your choice, He is always speaking. Be still and know that He is God. Quiet your mind and be aware of the world moving around you – second by second – it never stops, but God has given you the ability to pause and reflect on the nature of all things. You must be still in order for the Lord to draw near to you.
